東京キー局は関連会社を含めてチャンネルを持ちすぎており，それらのほとんどにテレビ・ショッピングではないオリジナル番組をあてられるほどの番組制作力を持ち合わせていないので，放送と通信の融合は不可能だと放送側が主張し続けるのであれば，キー局は，まともに活用できていないチャンネルを返上すべきではないか
